I am an Assistant Professor of Education Studies at Abu Dhabi University and the Coordinator of the Master of Education in Educational Leadership program. Further, I am an Ontario Certified Teacher from Canada and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK. My teaching and research pertain to teacher education, inclusive education policy, and leadership practices. Before joining ADU, I taught and served in various education research projects with different roles at Western University and the Ontario Public School Boards’ Association in Canada. Projects I worked on pertained to leadership in schools, learning online during the pandemic, language assessment practices in hiring French teachers, and educational program development and evaluation in K-12 settings.
