Dr Jan Green is currently an Associate Researcher within the School of Business at the University of Gibraltar. Her main role for the University is research supervision for post-graduate MBA and MA Leadership students when undertaking capstone projects. Additionally, she was module leader for Strategic Decision Making, Leadership & Change Management and International Business. In previous roles she has won Lecturer of the Year awards linked to her teaching and supervisory practice expertise which is endorsed by students and their subsequent success. She is passionate about executive education.
In addition, Dr Green is a freelance member of the doctoral supervision team at the University of Central Lancashire and teaches aspects of research methods to international cohorts of students.
